Youth and Teens

Having a young family must have kept me young. I relate well to young people - I enjoy their company, and they have a fresh outlook on life on a regular basis! They do however struggle to listen, they much prefer to be listened to.

It's my job to listen to them, and by listening, I tend to 'earn' the right to identify problem areas or to lay a challenge when it's needed. Helping teens can help families too.
